How I can help?

Take it from me: years of spinning too many plates will grind you down. Being in a constant state of stress will leave you unable to see the wood for the trees. Sure, you’ll still have your goals and ambitions, but you’ll lack the clarity of mind to achieve them. You’ll feel frustrated that life isn’t going to plan, and guilty that you should be being more, doing more and achieving more.

How do I know this? Because I’ve been in your shoes. For many years, I was a slave to the wage, focusing solely on my work and always putting myself at the bottom of the pile. But one day, I had an epiphany. I realised I didn’t want to live like this anymore. I didn’t want to look in the mirror and see a shadow of my former self; I wanted to be lighter, fitter, brighter. I wanted to be an inspiration to my wife, my kids and my peers. I wanted to be able to look back on my life and be proud of what I’d achieved, not be full of ‘what ifs’.

Using my decades of experience in the health, fitness and wellbeing industry – and focusing heavily on my 3F Framework – I developed a strategy that helped me climb out of the rut I was in. Now, through my unique health and performance coaching programme, I can share with you the same principles that enabled me to transform my life, and support you on your journey to achieve your own greatness.

THE 3F FRAMEWORK

My framework is based on the 3Fs: three principles that, when worked on separately or together, will have a positive impact on every aspect of your life.

FOCUS

By improving your focus, I will help you create mental clarity, increase your resilience, and boost your everyday efficiency. Master your own mind, and you’ll soon have the ability to switch off from work mode and enjoy being ‘off duty’, meaning you’ll be fully present in any given moment.

FUNCTION

The body achieves what the mind believes - but only when it has the physical ability to! This second principle involves improving two key areas of your physical health: your fitness, and your sleep quality. Combining three categories – strength, conditioning and mobility – with effective sleep strategies will give you the ability to better keep up with the demands of everyday life.

FUEL

This third and final principle covers food and hydration. Fuelling the body isn’t the same as being on a restrictive diet – it’s about giving yourself what you need to perform at your best. My nutrition and hydration strategies will leave you with a clearer head and the energy to handle any situation.

How my performance programme works

As you can see from the 3F Framework, my performance coaching solution for women will give you everything you need to transform your mental and physical wellbeing. Here’s how the programme will typically play out:

Phase 1: Momentum

At the start, you will commit to implementing simple foundational steps that will deliver BIG results in a matter of weeks. Follow my programme to the letter, and you will likely lose up to 3kg. You’ll also learn techniques that will help you live and work more productively.

Phase 2: Mastery

In phase 2, we will look at how we can incorporate new positive health habits into your lifestyle in the longer term. We’ll do this by referring back to the 3F Framework, and optimising the principles of Focus, Function and Fuel.

In the final phase, we’ll focus on continuing your success by developing a programme with added flexibility, enabling you to stay on track for LIFE, not just a few weeks or months. The aim? To make sure you never go back to the exhausted, stressed, unhappy ‘you’!
