I’ve been where you are. I spent many years of my life chasing the impossible (and ruining my own health and wellbeing in the process). Some time ago, I decided to jump off the hamster wheel and take back control of my life. I started implementing proven yet achievable strategies that could stimulate genuine change.

INTRODUCING THE 3F FRAMEWORK

All coaching programmes have very specific and strategic steps – although these will be tailored to each individual client to accelerate results.

My framework is based on the 3Fs: three principles that, when worked on separately or together, will have a positive impact on every aspect of your life.

FOCUS

By improving your focus, I will help you create mental clarity, increase your resilience, and boost your everyday efficiency. Master your own mind, and you’ll soon have the ability to switch off from work mode and enjoy being ‘off duty’, meaning you’ll be able to fully immerse yourself in what’s going on around you.

FUNCTION

The body achieves what the mind believes - but only when it has the physical ability to. This second principle involves improving two key areas of your physical health: your fitness, and your sleep quality. Combining three categories – strength, conditioning and mobility – with effective sleep strategies will give you the ability to better keep up with the demands of everyday life.

FUEL

This third and final principle covers food and hydration. Fuelling the body isn’t about being on a constant restrictive diet – it’s about giving yourself what you need to perform at your optimum. My nutrition and hydration strategies will leave you with a clearer head and the strong presence of mind to handle any situation.

How my performance programme works

As you can see from the 3F Framework, my performance coaching solution for men is designed to give you everything you need to transform your mental and physical wellbeing from day one. Here’s how the programme will play out:

Phase 1: Momentum

At the start, you will commit to implementing simple foundational steps that will deliver BIG results in a matter of weeks. Follow the programme to the letter, and you will likely lose up to 3kg of unwanted body fat – plus, you’ll gain more hours in your day thanks to your enhanced productivity.

Phase 2: Mastery

In phase 2, we will look at how we can incorporate new positive health habits into your lifestyle in the longer term. We’ll do this by referring back to the 3F Framework, and optimising the principles of Focus, Function and Fuel.

In the final phase, we’ll focus on continuing your success by developing a programme with added flexibility, enabling you to stay on track for LIFE, not just a few weeks or months. The aim? To make sure you never go back to the exhausted, overweight, unhappy ‘you’!
