You probably know what you need to do on a daily basis in order to grow and thrive – you just struggle to fit these tasks into your day.
Like most of my new clients, a lack of consistency is likely to be your biggest barrier to achieving the results you desire. If this is the case, you don’t need more information. You don’t need to be told what to do. You need implementation – and this comes from creating daily mental focus.
I will teach you a 6 minute morning mental motivator exercise that will set you up for a positive, productive and successful day, whatever it might hold for you.
If you’re not drinking enough water, you’ll quickly start to feel groggy and lethargic. You’ll probably end up over-eating, too, because dehydration tricks your brain into thinking you’re hungry when you’re actually just thirsty.
Teach yourself how to stay hydrated, and you’ll gain more physical energy and be in a better mental state from dawn to dusk.
If you’re not moving, you’re not progressing! Getting up and active is a vital part of any weight loss plan – but, just as importantly, it’s also essential for a positive mindset.
On my 4 week Drop a Dress Size Challenge, you’ll be provided with exercises that you can complete in under 20 minutes every day. Over the 28 day period, these routines will improve your strength, your mobility and your cardiovascular fitness. They are highly effective in banishing unwanted fat, reshaping the body and helping you lose those extra inches.
You get in what you put out. If you are relying on sugar, caffeine and carbs to keep you going, it’s time to rethink your diet, because foods that are packed full of stimulants and chemicals won’t be giving you the right kind of fuel to sustain a more active lifestyle.
I’ll introduce you to a nutritional protocol that’s easy to follow and that achieves fast results. My method is all about eating tasty, healthy foods that will support your new fitness regime, give your metabolism a welcome boost and keep you feeling fuller for longer to stop you from snacking throughout the day.
