The coronavirus pandemic has turned the economy on its head in these past few months.
Businesses have had to pivot like never before to get themselves through the nationwide lockdown (and out the other side) – and, as we move into a new age of social distancing and hyper hygiene, the hard work is certainly not over yet for UK companies when it comes to adapting to stricter rules and figuring out a whole new way of working.

4. Guilt from wanting ‘me’ time
With so much happening in the world, I bet you’re forgetting to look after yourself!
Again, this is nothing new. In fact, many high achievers like you have problems with switching off, or justifying ‘me’ time when their to-do list is so long. But right now, it’s more important than ever to take the time to reset, recharge and refocus your mind to deal with life’s new demands.
5. Getting stuck in a vicious circle
You might feel like you’re stuck in a gruelling cycle of hard work, poor sleep, debilitating mid-afternoon energy crashes and zero time for the things that you know will make you feel better, like exercise, meditation or simply doing things you enjoy.
