My 28 Day Health Accelerator Programme isn’t about giving you a quick fix. It’s about giving you the tools to create and master three important new habits that will boost your physical and mental wellbeing, now and far into the future.
You are what you repeatedly do – so do great things, and you’ll be on track for greatness!
If you’re not taking in enough fluids, you’ll suffer from that all-too-familiar brain fog (and you’ll probably end up over-eating, because dehydration tricks your brain into thinking you’re hungry, when all you really need is a glass of water).
Learn how to stay hydrated, and you’ll gain more physical energy, as well as better mental focus. Your productivity and efficiency will increase by as much as 10%, giving you an incredible return-on-time investment from just one simple change to your lifestyle.
If you live a sedentary life, you’ll struggle to move forward. Getting up and active is a vital part of any weight loss plan – but, just as importantly, it’s also essential for a positive mindset.
On this three week programme, you will complete 18-minute-long physical exercise routines every day. These routines will be designed to improve your strength, your mobility and your cardiovascular fitness. They are short yet highly effective in banishing unwanted fat and reshaping the body – and these quick, regular bursts of controlled activity will help to reduce muscle and joint pains, too.
You get in what you put out. If you are relying on sugar, caffeine and carbs to keep you going, it’s time to rethink your diet, because your current nutritional intake won’t be giving you the quality fuel you need to perform at your optimum.

Life will throw you a curve ball every now and then. You may need to reassess your choices due to a change in circumstances, or you might need help getting back on track after a bump in the road. That’s OK. Nothing, and nobody, is perfect. Plus, I’ll be here to support you when you’re dealing with unforeseen challenges.
Developing a high level of personal accountability will help you overcome obstacles faster and accelerate your results.
